1967 Chevelle SS Clone

1967 Chevelle SS Clone

The 1967 Chevelle SS is the single most sought after car out there! The Chevelle Super Sport, or SS represented Chevrolet's entry into the muscle car battle! Early 1964 and 1965 Chevelles had a Malibu SS badge on the rear quarter panel. Starting in mid-1964, the Chevelle could be ordered with the division’s 327-cubic-inch V8, in either 250 or 300 hp. Both used a four-barrel carburetor and 10.5:1 compression. For 1965, Chevrolet also added the 350-hp 327 V8 as Regular Production Option L79. A total of 294,160 Chevelles were built the first year, including 76,860 SS models! This Chevelle we are building right now is unfortunately not an original SS! We are turning this 1967 Chevelle Malibu into the SS. No matter if its a clone SS or an original it is still one sweet ride

1972 Corvette

1972 Corvette

For all you Corvette lovers this is the dream car for you and so very many others out there! This is a 1972 C3 Corvette! I mean there aren't a whole lot of cars out there that beat this car! They even had the fender flares build into the contour of the body to reduce damage from rocks and other wheel-thrown debris! That is a lot better then most of the vehicles now that look like the flares are bulky add ons! That way you get the sleek, sexy look ,that the Chevrolet Corvette has mastered so very well over the years, and still get to keep your paint in perfect condition! Now this C3 that we have in our shop right now is getting the full once over to bring it back to its former glory as one sweet ride! We are bringing this Corvette back to the factory look and quality! When we are done with this bad boy it will look like it was just driven off the showroom floor in 1972! Just as the customer ordered!

1967 Pontiac Le Mans to GTO

1967 Pontiac Le Mans to GTO

The 1967 Pontiac Le Mans was and still is a very popular car! Now the GTO has become more of the dream car rather than the Le Mans. The GTO is often favorable to the Le Mans for several reasons! The GTO has the 400 motor, louvered covered tail lights, fake hood scoops, fog lamps in the grill, and has smooth rear quarter panels. This particular Le Mans is getting the upgrade of a lifetime! We are changing it from the Le Mans to the GTO! Many people have done this and tried to sell the car as an original GTO which is a lot more expensive then a clone or upgraded Le Mans. You need to be very careful if looking into buying a GTO! Luckily for this customer he doesn't ever have to worry about any of that because he gets his own custom GTO! It may not be an original GTO but he gets it exactly the way he wants! After all that I could not see why anyone would ever want to sell it! This is what we do here at Wasatch Customs! We take your dream and make it a reality!  ... read more

1948 Chevy Rat Rod

1948 Chevy Rat Rod

Here is a 1948 Chevy that is going to be one fun project! This truck is going to look pretty much exactly the same when it is done as it does now. It is a mix between a Rat Rod and just a classic antique looking truck. We are going to pull the truck apart piece by piece all the way down to the frame then once we get it to that point the fun begins! We are going to make the unseen of this truck one perfect machine! Its going to ride and drive like a brand new truck while keeping the classic look of your fathers old truck that you grew up loving! This project will be a lot of fun for us and for the customer! We are excited to make this truck run and drive great while giving our customer his fathers old truck back the way he remembers it

Carvention Was a Huge Success!

Carvention Was a Huge Success!

Carvention was a huge success! Between all the crazy rides everyone brought, the amazing artwork by the Pinstripers, the fun atmosphere and people and above all else the money that was raised for the Kauri Sue Hamilton School donated by all the caring people who came by, Carvention was one amazing weekend! Because of everyone's willingness to help those in need Carvention was able to raise $18,555.00! We just want to say thank you to all those who participated and to JC Hackett for putting it all together
